WMU hockey picks up four points in NCHC standings after productive weekend against Omaha

Western Michigan hockey earned a win and suffered an overtime loss against Omaha in a weekend series. The Broncos record moves to 17-10-1 overall and 8-10 in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference.

The Broncos opened the pivotal weekend series with a 6-1 win. Four different Broncos netted goals, including Sam Colangelo and Alex Bump with two each. The Broncos overall had five different skaters with multiple points, led by Bump who had three on the night.
