WMU Heads to Ball State for Final Regular Season Road Match

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan men's tennis team is set for its final regular season road contest, traveling to Muncie, Ind. for a Mid-American Conference test at Ball State University on Saturday, April 6. Doubles are scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.

Western Michigan went 2-1 last weekend, earning a road win at Northern Illinois prior to splitting a pair of non-conference matches. Dayton snapped the Broncos' five-match win streak with a 4-2 victory prior to WMU bouncing back with a 4-1 win over the University of Indianapolis. Junior Kennosuke Nouchi went 3-0 in singles on the weekend, capped off by clinching the match point with a 7-6 (2), 6-2 win over Indianapolis' Magnus Mueller for his seventh consecutive victory.
