KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan golf team finally ends its winter break as it travels to Lakewood Ranch, Fla., and the Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club for the 2018 Mid-American Match Play Challenge on Monday and Tuesday.
WMU is the fifth seed in the tournament hosted by Bowling Green and will open the first round against Fort Wayne on Monday morning. If the Broncos advanced they will take on Akron on Monday afternoon. The course is set at par 72 and measures in at 6,068 yards for the tournament.
