KALAMAZOO, MI - Western Michigan fans itching for an early dose of Broncos football will have to wait a few more months to get a first-hand view of the team.
Chilly temperatures and expected rain showers have moved Saturday's Spring Practice finale from Waldo Stadium to the Seelye Indoor Athletic Facility, where a reduced seating capacity will limit spectators to student-athlete families and Gary Fund members at the Honorary Coaches Club level ($500) and above.
A forecast of rain and 40-degree temperatures might feel like midseason football weather, but the conditions are less than ideal for a WMU team dealing with injuries, including four running backs on the mend.
