KALAMAZOO, MI - Western Michigan running back Jamauri Bogan had a message for Central Michigan during the team's Tuesday press conference, and it's not the typical smack you might here from one hated rival to another.
It was a sincere and heartfelt "Thank you."
After watching his team give up 21 unanswered points and blow a 14-point lead with less than 10 minutes left in the 2017 rivalry contest, Bogan said the Broncos' 35-28 home loss changed the direction of the program.
"After that game, we learned our lesson, and now I think we're in a better predicament," the senior said.
