That's nothing new in regards to what's been said about Western Michigan University's vibrant head football coach.
But during Thursday morning's interview session at the Omni Dallas Hotel in advance of Monday's Cotton Bowl, WMU's offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach shared his experience of first meeting Fleck when they were at Rutgers.
