KALAMAZOO, MI -- A strange rumbling and revving sound might emerge from the Western Michigan hockey team's locker room Friday night, but fans shouldn't be concerned.
It's just the team readying their "Motor."
That's senior captain Sheldon Dries, who has 12 goals and 13 assists.
Nicknamed Motor by coach Andy Murray and staff, Dries was named National Collegiate Hockey Player of the Month for February.
"Coach came up with one-name key names for each guy and how we're supposed to play on the ice," Dries said. "If you're playing your best game you'll meet that word.
