KALAMAZOO, MI -- The Mid-American champion Western Michigan football team took to the practice field Tuesday for its first day of spring ball.
With all the changes that have happened since the Cotton Bowl loss, the Broncos found learning and building relationships were their first priorities.
"It's just a blessing being back out there with all the guys," redshirt sophomore Justin Tranquill said. "I think it's one thing we've all been looking forward to. Going from the transition of a new coach and everything that's been coming in that's new for us, I think it's good that we're finally just back out here together playing a game that just brings us all together as it is.
