KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's basketball team celebrated its Senior Night with an 81-65 win over rival Central Michigan on Friday night at University Arena.
With the win, the Broncos finish the season 8-23 overall and 4-14 in Mid-American Conference play. WMU's win also eliminated the Chippewas from contention for the MAC Tournament, and dropped the visitors' record to 10-21 overall and 5-13 in league play.
Friday's game was the final one in the Brown & Gold for Bronco seniors Lamar Norman Jr., Tray Maddox Jr. and Tafari Simms.
