KALAMAZOO, Mich.- The Western Michigan Division of Intercollegiate Athletics has announced the hiring of Keanah Smith as Senior Associate Athletic Director. Smith will officially begin at Western Michigan August 27, 2018.
"Keanah has over 20 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics at both the institutional and conference levels, and she was someone who quickly stood out to us for this position," said WMU Athletic Director Kathy Beauregard. "We are excited to welcome Keanah to the Bronco Family."
Smith joins Western Michigan from the Mountain West Conference, where she held the role of Senior Associate Commissioner since March 2016.
