KALAMAZOO, Mich.- Western Michigan head football coach Tim Lester has announced changes to the Bronco coaching staff.
Second year wide receiver coach Ashton Aikens and first year cornerbacks coach Nick Sanchez have been relieved of their duties and will not have their contracts renewed for next season.
"I'd like to thank both Ashton Aikens and Nick Sanchez for their time with our program," Lester said. "To continue to move Western Michigan forward these were areas we identified where we needed change. I wish both Ashton and Nick the best in their future endeavors.
