Wade Allison Signs with the Philadelphia Flyers

PHILADELPHIA – Western Michigan hockey senior forward Wade Allison has signed an entry-level contract with the National League Hockey League's Philadelphia Flyers, as announced by the team on Friday night.

Allison played four seasons with the Broncos, appearing 105 career games and tallying 97 points on 45 goals and 52 assists despite battling injuries. Allison, who was drafted by the Flyers in the second round (52nd overall) in the 2016 NHL Draft, burst on to the scene at WMU as a freshman, scoring 29 points on 12 goals and 17 assists while helping the Broncos to a berth in the NCAA Tournament.
