BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Western Michigan volleyball team saw its seven-match winning streak come to an end with a 3-0 setback (25-19, 25-14, 25-17) at Bowling Green on Saturday evening.
Maggie King led the Broncos (13-5, 6-1) with 12 kills in the contest, while Logan Case posted a team-high 28 assists. Mairead Boyle and Andelyn Simkins chipped in 17 and 14 digs, respectively, for Western Michigan.
Bowling Green (10-6, 6-0) broke a 9-9 deadlock in the first set with a 4-0 run to take a 13-9 edge.
