KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan baseball has canceled its home opener against Chicago State on Tuesday, March 12 due to field conditions at Robert J. Bobb Stadium at Hyames Field.
A makeup date between the Broncos and Cougars has yet to be determined.
The Broncos will be on the road this weekend for a three-game series at Butler, March 15-17. WMU will square off with nationally ranked Michigan in Ann Arbor on Tuesday
March 19 before it's Mid-American Conference series opener at home vs. Ball State, March 22-24.
