KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- After a strong regular season filled with multiple PR's and top-10 marks, the Western Michigan track and field team will compete at the MAC Championships this weekend at Ohio University. The Broncos will be in action from May 15-17.
LAST YEAR'S EVENT
WMU collected its best finish since 2014 at last year's conference meet, securing fifth place. Along with that, the Brown and Gold's 78 points were the most for the team since 2012. The meet ended with two Broncos nabbing individual MAC Championships.
Mabinty Kebe headlined a strong weekend at Northern Illinois last season, winning the 400-meter hurdles by more than a second.
