KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan graduate student forward Tim Washe was named a Third Team Academic All-American by the College Sports Communicators, which was announced this afternoon.
Washe graduated from Western Michigan last spring and began a graduate degree in the fall. He maintained a 3.75 GPA in Business Administration throughout the 2024-25 season. The Clarkston, Mich. native was also an All-American Scholar and NCHC Distinguished Scholar Athlete this season.
On the ice, Washe captained the Broncos to their best season in program history. WMU won the National Championship, Penrose Cup and NCHC Frozen Faceoff title.
