Western never used the number of injuries the team has as an excuse, but it contributed to Western’s four Mid-American Conference losses. Freshmen like Reece Goddard, Tyron Arnett, Matt Falcon, Ra’Sean Davie, Ali Fayad, Calin Crawford and multiple others saw a lot of action down the stretch of the season, and though Western lost three of their last four games, the young guys showed that Western has a bright future.
