KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- Western Michigan baseball's junior outfielder Tanner Allison was named the Mid-American Conference (MAC) West Player of the Week after his stellar performance the last four games versus Grace College and at a three-game series with East Tennessee State.

Allison had an outstanding week for the Broncos, helping the team to a 2-2 record and a win in its home opener. He hit .500 over the last four games, including a home run in each game on the road at East Tennessee State.
