Hampton Slukynsky shined in net for Western Michigan, as they went on the road to sweep UMass Lowell on Friday and Saturday. WMU moves to 3-1 on the season and is ranked second nationally in the USCHO poll.
Slukynsky made 36 saves over two games, allowing just one goal as he ended the series with a shutout.
Game One
Game one was a white knuckle affair as the Broncos scored two early goals and worked their way to a 2-1 win.
