KALAMAZOO, MI -- P.J. Fleck is a tough act to follow when it comes to recruiting.
Fleck took two handfuls of recruits with him to Minnesota three weeks ago, but new Western Michigan head football coach Tim Lester looks to be up to the challenge.
New recruits have found Lester and his new squad of coaches easy to relate to and energetic.
"I love the new coaching staff," Luke Sanders of Indianapolis said. "They are all young and have energy.
