The Minneapolis StarTribune reports that although the college was hoping for a Friday announcement with Fleck, the deal is not done yet.
Other news sources say the deal is for six years and $21 million and is already finalized.
Fleck reportedly met with university officials in Chicago Wednesday to discuss the opening.
