KALAMAZOO, MI -- With stop watches and clipboards in hand, National Football League scouts watched as Western Michigan football players displayed their talents in Kalamazoo on Wednesday morning.
About a dozen pro scouts for NFL teams attended the Broncos Pro Day watching eligible players lift, jump, sprint and show their agility with hopes of becoming professional athletes.
Offensive lineman Taylor Moton, who, along with wide receiver Corey Davis, were the only two Broncos invited to the NFL Combine, said his focus is staying locked on each task in front of him, not the hope of turning pro.
