There are only two weeks remaining in the college hockey regular season, and playoff races are beginning to heat up.

One team is vying for a regular season conference championship, while two more are battling for NCAA tournament berths.
One of those in-state teams had its NCAA tournament chances increase this week, while another’s took a slight hit. The only other team with a realistic shot at making the tournament was idle last weekend.
