Men's Tennis Finishes With Highest ITA Ranking in Program History

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team set a new program-best after finishing the season ranked No. 44 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Men's Tennis rankings.

This is the sixth time the Broncos have finished in the top 75, most recently coming in at 74 in 2018. The previous best was 54th in 2007. WMU finished the season 22-2 overall and fell to Notre Dame in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Both of Western Michigan's losses came at the hands of the Fighting Irish this season. The team went a perfect 9-0 in Mid-American Conference play to claim the MAC Regular Season Championship for the 26th time in program history.
