Men's Tennis Downs Michigan State, 5-2

EAST LANSING, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team improved to 7-1 on the season and picked up its fourth-straight win after defeating Michigan State, on the road, 5-2 on Friday evening.

The Broncos did all of their damage in the singles, after dropping the double's point. Matej Svjetlicic, at No. 5, got the points started for the Brown & Gold after defeating Jasper Koenen 6-1, 6-4 to tie up the match at 1-1. MSU's Mark Dube defeated Kennosuke Nouchi, No. 2, 6-3, 6-3 to give the Spartans a 2-1 lead.
