KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan men's basketball program has announced its upcoming Alumni Day, which is slated for Saturday, Jan. 27, as the Broncos take on rival Central Michigan at University Arena.
Tip that afternoon against the Chippewas is slated for 1 pm, with a special on-court recognition planned for both the 2003-04 and 2013-14 MAC Championship squads during that afternoon's game. Following the game, there will be a special reception for WMU men's basketball alumni and their families.
Under first-year head coach Steve Hawkins, the 2003-04 Broncos started the season off with an emphatic win at USC to jump-start one of the best seasons in program history.
