Men's basketball wins close contest against Miami, improve to 14-10

Sophomore guard/forward Reggie Jones gave the Broncos their game highs for the night, with an overall 20 points, eight rebounds, and five assists. Following Jones on scoring was junior guard/forward Josh Davis with 17 and senior guard Thomas Wilder with 12. The winning team simply worked harder down the stretch for the win, tallying the most free-throws, 3-pointers, and rebounds over Miami University.

The scoring started with a jumper by senior center Drake Lamont but it would be a short lead for the Broncos in the first half. Western Michigan kept their score behind the Redhawks close, losing only by three points at most and then shortly regaining the lead with less than 9 minutes on the clock.
