The Mid-American Conference announced a plan to host a championship race for men’s and women’s cross country on Nov. 21.
The conference announced no races other than the championship in its announcement Monday. This announcement follows the conference announcing operational plans for other fall sports being postponed to next spring earlier this month.
The NCAA cross country championships were moved from the planned date in November to March 15, 2021. The NCAA board has previously stated any conference that competes in the fall will still have its teams and athletes considered for the spring championship.
