TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Western Michigan golf team wrapped up the Indian State Invitational at the Country Club of Terre Haute, taking sixth place, on Tuesday afternoon.
The Broncos combined to shoot a 307, a full 19 shots lower than their first round total, to finish at 633 (+57) and just six strokes outside of the top five. Northern Iowa won the tournament after finishing with a 597 (+21).
Senior Cameryn Lucia was WMU's top finisher on the day, tying for 15th place with a 36-hole total of 155 (+11). Lucia opened the tournament with an 80 but took five shots off that today with a 75.
