CLEVELAND – Western Michigan senior outside hitter Maggie King has earned a weekly award from the Mid-American Conference for the second consecutive week, as she was named MAC West Co-Offensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon.
King followed up her Offensive Player of the Week performance from last week with another outstanding weekend, as she helped Western Michigan pick up a pair of wins over Buffalo to begin conference play 2-0. The Cincinnati native began the weekend by notching seven kills on seven swings in the first set of Friday's series opener against the Bulls.
