PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Western Michigan defensive lineman Keion Adams was drafted in the seventh round with the 248th overall selection by the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday. Adams gives the Broncos three players drafted this year, the most since having four players taken in 1972. It is the most in a single year from a MAC school since Temple also had three in 2012.
Adams was named an All-MAC selection last year after leading the league in tackles for loss with 18.5 including 7.5 sacks. He earned an invitation to the NFLPA Bowl.
