Hockey Claims 6-1 Victory Over St. Cloud State to Extend Series

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Western Michigan used five goals in the third period and a hat trick to pick up a crucial win in game two of the NCHC Quarterfinals against St. Cloud State. The Broncos posted a 6-1 victory over the Huskies.

Along with Colangelo's hat trick, Dylan Wendt tallied two goals, while Luke Grainger added the other. Grainger's three-point night helped him surpass 100 points for his career, becoming the 61st player in program history to reach that mark.
