KALAMAZOO, MI - In a sport heavy on international flavor, two of the nation's top college soccer players don't have to travel far from campus for a home-cooked meal.
Jay McIntosh and Brandon Bye grew up watching the Western Michigan men's soccer team, and now the seniors are leading the Broncos to the best start in program history.

Bye, a Portage Northern graduate, leads the sixth-ranked Broncos with 11 goals and 27 points, while McIntosh, a Kalamazoo Loy Norrix alum, has a team-best eight assists and is second with 18 points.
