HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Western Michigan golf team wrapped up competition at the Low Country Intercollegiate, hosted by Wofford College at Moss Creek Golf Club, on Sunday afternoon.
After Saturday's play had to be canceled due to rain, the tournament switched to a 36-hole format and finished up on Sunday. The Broncos finished 13th after shooting a final round of 321 for a total of 648 (+72).
Freshmen Jenna Hayes and Megha Vallabhaneni led the way, individually, for the Broncos. Hayes finished with a 160 (+16) after shooting a final round of 78.
