KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan women's basketball team and head coach Shane Clipfell has announced the hiring of former Bronco Meredith Shipman as the new Director of Basketball Operations Monday, April 29.
Shipman returns to Western Michigan after serving as an assistant coach for two seasons at Davenport University under former WMU assistant coach Rick Albro.
"Please join me in welcoming back a familiar face to Bronco fans Meredith Shipman as our new Director of Basketball Operations," Clipfell commented. "When I knew we were going to have to replace Aimee in that position I immediately thought of Meredith.
