KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Despite the challenges of the 2020 spring semester due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Western Michigan football team continued to excel in the classroom.
The Broncos posted a cumulative 3.11 grade-point average (GPA) for the spring and had 47 student-athletes register a 3.00 or higher GPA.
Leading the way in the classroom were Wade Buckman, Mike Caliendo, Jaret Curtis, Joe Misak, Jake Moertl, Harrison Taylor, Anthony Torres and Eric Wenzel, who each finished with a 4.
