Eskridge Collects FWAA All-America Honors

DALLAS -- Continuing an impressive haul of postseason honors, Western Michigan football player D'Wayne Eskridge has been voted an All-American by the Football Writers Association of America. Already the MAC Special Teams Player of the Year and a finalist for the Paul Hornung Award, given to the nation's most versatile player, Eskridge was a second team selection as an all-purpose player.

Eskridge, a first team All-MAC selection at both receiver and kick returner, leads FBS in all-purpose yards per game (213.0) and is the only player in the country averaging above 200 all-purpose yards per game.
