Coach Dave Morin becomes winningest men's tennis coach in WMU history

Morin has been coaching at WMU for the past 21 years. During his tenure, he’s won 19 Mid-American Conference Championships, had 11 National Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament appearances, 10 MAC Coach of the Year awards and has had five undefeated seasons in MAC play. Morin has had a highly decorated two decades and has made the Broncos one of the most consistent programs in men’s tennis. Morin, however, notes that it’s the process that’s gotten him to this point.

“This whole profession is a little trial and error. You learn as you go. And so you pick up little bits and pieces from other coaches[…] I started at the University of Minnesota and saw what they were doing,” Morin said.
