SILVER LAKE, Ohio – Western Michigan senior Jasmine Chee sits in third place while the WMU golf team is in fifth place after two rounds at the Mid-American Conference Fall Preview at Silver Lake Country Club on Monday.
Chee shot a pair of 76's on the for a 151 (+8), just one shot out of second place and four behind leader, Kent State's Sitanun Jonglikit. The Broncos combined to open the day with a 321 and then shot a 314 for a 36-hole total of 635 (+59). Host Akron leads at 627 (+51), followed by Eastern Michigan at 630 (+54) and Ball State and Toledo tied at 633 (+57).
