CLEVELAND – Western Michigan University sophomore setter Logan Case has been selected as the MAC West Setter of the Week for the third consecutive week, the Mid-American Conference office announced on Monday afternoon.
Case dished out a total of 128 assists (11.64/set) to help lead WMU to three MAC victories last week. The Maineville, Ohio, native began the week with her fifth straight double-double, as she compiled 46 assists and 12 digs in a four-set victory over Northern Illinois.
The sophomore followed that up with 32 assists in a sweep of Central Michigan on Friday night, then concluded the week with a 50-assist performance the next afternoon in another victory over the Chippewas.
