CLEVELAND – Logan Case and Maggie King of the Western Michigan University volleyball team have been selected as the MAC West Setter and Offensive Player of the Week, respectively, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
Case was named MAC West Setter of the Week for the second week in a row and third time this season after compiling 92 assists (13.14/set) and 23 digs (3.29/set) in WMU's two wins at Eastern Michigan. The sophomore opened the series against the Eagles with 55 assists and 12 digs in a four-set victory, then followed that up the next day with 37 assists and 11 digs as Western Michigan won 3-0.
