RIO VERDE, Ariz. – The Western Michigan golf team wrapped up hosting the second round of the Rio Verde Invitational on Saturday.
Graduate student is WMU's top golfer through two rounds. She opened the tournament with a 72 on Friday and shot a 75 on Saturday for a 147 (+3). Samdal sits tied for 26th. shot a 79 for a two-round total of 150 (+6). saw a seven-shot improvement from her opening round and sits at 153 (+9).
Sophomore sits at 160 (+16) after a 78, while wrapped up WMU's top five with an 82 for a 161 (+17).
