Broncos See Improvement at Jack Johnson Classic

MINNEAPOLIS – The Western Michigan track and field team wrapped up competition at the Jack Johnson Classic at the University of Minnesota on Saturday.

The big highlight of the day came in the 60-meter dash as freshman Maddison Meredith ran the third-fastest time in program history at 7.59 seconds to take second place. WMU also took third and fourth place with Naiomi Dulaney taking third with a time of 7.63 seconds, tying her career best that also ranks fourth in school history. Senior Sarita Dotson finished right behind her with a time of 7.
