KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan hockey team rode a hot power play and the return of sophomore goalie to a 5-2 win over Miami in its regular season home finale on Friday night at Lawson Ice Arena.

, , , and all scored in the win, while freshman defenseman had a career-high three assists. Attard and Washe each had assists for two-point nights, while Bussi made 20 saves in his first action since suffering an injury in the first game of the season.
