ALLENDALE, Mich. -- The Western Michigan track and field team had another strong day, headlined by Bri'Yanna Robinson's school record in the shot put.
Robinson was the star of the meet for WMU, shattering the school record in the shot put with a throw of 16.03 meters. The next highest throw in program history is 15.39 meters.
In the 60-meter dash, Sandra Ferrari was strong as she claimed the ninth best time in program history. She crossed the finish line with a time of 7.62. Mimi Joseph ran as well, earning a time of 7.
