Broncos end the season at 6-6 after 37-10 loss in Toledo

After both teams started with punts on their first two drives, Toledo opened the scoring with a nine play, 56-yard, capped with a 33-yard field goal by Jameson Vest, putting Toledo on top 3-0. After Western punted on their drive, Toledo put together another scoring drive, this time 91 yards on five plays. Terry Swanson capped the drive with a 14-yard touchdown run, giving Toledo a 10-0 lead.

Western followed with a three and out, but Toledo didn’t take advantage of their good field position as Logan Woodside threw an interception to Obbie Jackson, just Woodside’s third interception of the season.
