Broncos Drop Hard-Fought Battle at No. 2 Notre Dame

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Western Michigan women's soccer team dropped a hard-fought battle at No. 2 Notre Dame on Thursday night at Alumni Field. The Fighting Irish snuck away with a 2-1 victory.

Abby Werthman tallied the lone goal for the Brown and Gold, scoring in the 63rd minute. She is the team's top returning scorer, netting 12 goals in 2024.
