Broncos Down Rockets in Tough Battle, 5-2

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team improved to 2-0 in Mid-American Conference play after a tight 5-2 win over Toledo on Sunday at West Hills Athletic Club.

The win improved WMU's MAC regular season match win streak to 30, with the last loss coming March 31, 2017.

For the second time on the weekend the Broncos earned the doubles point by winning at No. 2 and No. 3. and took down Luka Jankovic and Adam Kovac at No. 3, 6-4. and secured the point, giving WMU the 1-0 lead, after defeating Cole Shoults and Krzysztof Wetoszka 7-5.
