YPSILANTI, Mich. - The Western Michigan women's basketball team defeated Eastern Michigan 53-49 in their last road contest of the regular season on Wednesday, March 4 at the Convocation Center.
Jordan Walker had 14 points and nine rebounds, while Leighah-Amori Wool tallied 12 points with six rebounds. Grad transfer Chelayne Bailey also reached double-digits with 10 points. Breanna Mobley finished with eight points and a team-high 11 rebounds with three assists. The Broncos shot 34.5 percent (19-for-55) from the field and dominated defensively with 22 points off EMU turnovers.
