Broncos Blank RedHawks in 1-0 Road WIn

OXFORD, Ohio – The Western Michigan women's soccer team got back to its winning ways after a 1-0 shutout at Miami on Sunday afternoon.

Alyssa Bruke scored her first goal of the season, while Stephanie Heber made four saves to record the team's seventh shutout of the season. The Broncos (8-4-1, 3-2-1 MAC) outshot the RedHawks 15-10 overall and had a 7-4 advantage in shots on goal.

"To go on the road and get a win is great for us," said head coach Lauren Sinacola. "We are really starting to come together and do some great things.
